2.1 Single Account Policy

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity
• Violation of any clause within these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Requests made by regulatory or law-enforcement authorities

Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to a breach by the user, any confirmed real-money balance will be returned via the user's registered withdrawal method.

2.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. ddd333 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts after written notice has been sent to the registered contact.
